I didn’t know what a gastronomist was until I googled it and my picture came up. Not actually but it was basically like reading the definition of how I describe myself in my head. Im a foodie to the next level. While I love to eat and try new foods, cuisines, restaurants and anything else that challenges my tastebuds, I more so like to apply that love to my own kitchen, hence “next level.” I am happiest when I am cooking for others and letting my culinary creativeness run wild. Please don’t let that deter you from cooking for me though, I will be as equally happy and will probably blog about it.
